Effective Level

Assigning Enhancements or Limiters to Attributes does not change their Character Point cost but instead it will decrease (Enhancement) or increase (Limiter) the effective functioning Level of the Attribute by 1 Level for each assignment. Some specific Enhancements or Limiters will be specified if it counts as more than 1 assignement.
